• J'ai is with an apostrophe because you never put vowels next to each other.

• Il is a boy and elle is a girl

Elle s'appelle Sarah

Il s'appelle Bob

• Ils and elles is the same thing except its a numerous calling.

Ils s'appellent Daft Punk 

Elles s'appellent My Little Pony

• The difference between tu and vous is that tu is a single person calling and vous is a couple of people.

It may seem difficult to remember, but there are tricks to help you out.

☂1. For IL and ELLE: they are the same. If you can remember TU then you can remember IL and ELLE, because you just need to add a letter (être) or take off a letter (avoir).

Etre:

 tu=es

il=est 

elle=est

Avoir:

tu=as

il=a

elle=a

☂2. All of the words in être begin with either E or S. 

All of the words in Avoir begin with A or O. You can remember that by thinking that there is an A and an O in AVOIR.

☂3. You can write a small poem or song to remember the words. It doesn't have to rhyme.
